Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Aurora University and is a Certified Life Coach through the Universal Coach Institute. She began her career as a Recovery Coach in 2016, providing compassionate support as she walks alongside others in their recovery journey.
Cassie's own journey through recovery from an eating disorder has fueled her passion for supporting others. She believes that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Her empathetic and non-judgmental approach ensures that her clients receive the encouragement and guidance they need on their path to recovery.
Cassie specializes in one-on-one recovery coaching sessions, assisting clients in identifying their visions, setting attainable goals, overcoming barriers, and collaboratively creating action plans. She has also facilitated outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapeutic support groups, where she helps clients connect with others, reduce eating disorder behaviors and rituals, and process their emotions in a supportive environment.
Cassie also has experience in virtual behavioral healthcare where she focused on meeting clients where they are, assessing their needs, and leading a team dedicated to removing barriers and connecting clients with the necessary resources for their recovery.
Cassie lives in Westfield with her partner and their playful fur baby, Tucker. She is an avid meme enthusiast who enjoys practicing yoga, listening to music and podcasts, spending time with family and friends, taking trips to the beach, and overlanding in the scenic terrains of Utah and Colorado.
