Recovery Coach | she/her
Jennie completed her Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health from Purdue University. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship through Texas A&M in Kingsville, TX.
After struggling with an eating disorder throughout high school and navigating the difficult journey to recovery with little support, she grew passionate about helping others like herself heal their relationship with their bodies and food. While pursuing her degree in dietetics at PurdueUniversity, she was a collegiate cross-country and track runner. As a student-athlete, she fell back into cycles of restriction and overexercising, resulting in injuries and further health consequences. Through a commitment to full recovery, she was able to rediscover a life where movement was no longer punishment and food was able to be enjoyed. She understands that recovery is not linear, but a process that can take time and patience. But it is possible and so incredibly worth it!
Jennie lives in Westfield with her husband and four young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys family bike rides on the Monon, browsing Target with a latte in hand, traveling to the beach, and dancing at every opportunity a good song comes on.
