Sarah is dedicated to fostering a nurturing therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to embark on their journey towards healing. Sarah has six years of experience in adult residential programs working with a variety of concerns. These include individuals struggling with body image concerns, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and trauma. Sarah has experience in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which entails a collaborative approach and getting to know the individual’s unique characteristics to tailor treatment to their needs. Her goal is to help individuals explore their challenges and begin their journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life.
Sarah has completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and is currently pursuing her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with loved ones, watching TV, crafting, and spending time on the water in the summer months.
